  • For a global pharmaceutical company, developed and managed a series of related initiatives to increase retention and engagement for marketing colleagues around the world.  To address issues related to a major restructuring, formed cross-functional teams focused on Talent Planning, Career Development, Compensation and Community-Building.  Employed a “workout” approach combined with Social Network Analysis to design and implement new processes, governance and tools to support the marketing community.
  • For the commercial division of a global pharma company, designed and delivered a comprehensive talent assessment and succession plan to the CEO.  This very well-regarded effort required the development of a process to build and integrate talent plans across multiple geographies and functions.
